The CareCrew was formed in 2022 with the goal of providing educational supplies and resources to those in need. We raise funds to support children, families, and communities with educational resources to minimize the financial burden on families and educators.

The CareCrew is based out of the Louisville, Kentucky area and will first be supporting school districts in the state of Kentucky. As the organization grows, the goal is to expand to other states and countries that have this need.

The CareCrew is led only by volunteers at this time; therefore, nearly all donations received are used directly for educational resources for those in need. There is a small percentage that may be used to cover transporting those resources and administrative expenses such as very small fees to have this website.

Fortunately, the 2025 calendar year will be the first year The CareCrew begins their full operation thanks to meaningful donations in December of 2024. Thorough planning to support the 2025-2026 school year will be done in the first quarter with resources secured in the second quarter, to be distributed in time for the start of the school year in August of 2025.

The CareCrew’s goal is to secure educational resources directly from manufacturers in bulk. This ensures that every dollar donated is maximized for impact.
